Pleasant with smoked appetizers, both fish and cured meats, with first courses like risottos and pasta with peppers or asparagus, with quiche Lorraine with field aromas. Excellent also with asparagus and eggs.
In appearance, a light straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, intense fragrances of bell pepper, melon, tropical fruits, mint, and sage. The taste is very elegant, aromatic, and recalls the aforementioned aromas. Wine of excellent structure.
