Excellent with wild boar ragù, roast chicken, grilled and roasted red meats, game dishes and aged cheeses.
Intense ruby-red colour with violet reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of wild berries, ripe fruit and dried fruit, enriched by elegant notes of coffee, coconut and subtle spices. On the palate it is structured and harmonious, with silky tannins, balanced alcohol and long-lasting hints of fruit preserves on the finish.
